I think the answer can be as simple or as complicated as you'd like it to be. I have narrowed it down to just one thing. We are all connected, so we must help each other to get through life.
Whether you think we all connect via our energy, our human compassion, or just because, science...we are all intertwined. How do I know this? Easy! When you yawn, do you make other people yawn? When a baby laughs, is it contagious to everyone? When you smile, does someone smile back at you? These are all examples of an innate connection to your fellow humans.
So, I challenge you, to ask yourself;
Am I aware of others and their needs? Am I helping others to get through what I have gone through? Are you talking about the tough topics that you know they need to get off of their chest? Are you listening to our fellow humans? Are you really there for each other?
We can improve until the day we die. We can help those in need for free! By listening, sharing and being vulnerable with them. My biggest dream in starting this blog, was to help just one person. By helping just one person get stronger and believe in themselves, they can then turn around and share with someone else. A smile is contagious. So is helping others. Today, I want to let you know, I am here. I am ready to listen. I am ready to help. And I am also ready to accept your help.
